At Sprout & Snooze, we aim to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Please review our shipping policies below:

1. Shipping Instructions

You can choose the appropriate shipping method when placing an order. Sprout & Snooze offers various shipping methods including economy shipping, expedited shipping, and others. You understand that different shipping methods may have different shipping costs and delivery times. You can select the appropriate shipping method based on your needs.

2. Free Economy Shipping within the USA

We are pleased to offer free economy shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped via economy shipping typically take 8 to 16 business days to arrive.

3. Shipping Cost Prepaid

When you place an order, Sprout & Snooze will charge you the shipping cost. However, considering the difference in the estimated weight, volume of the products, and other factors, the shipping cost is only estimated and for reference only. The actual shipping cost shall prevail. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the prepaid cost due to the difference in weight and volume of the goods, Sprout & Snooze reserves the right to charge the shipping cost difference.

4. Remote Countries

For some packages shipping to remote countries and regions, tracking information may not always be available. These remote areas only provide postal transport which is slow with a limited number of flights. Therefore, most packages will be in transit waiting for the flight to the destination without any tracking information. If the buyer has not received the goods, please contact the local post office first. For any disputes, please refer to our dispute policy.

5. Customs Clearance

Customs clearance may be difficult and slow in certain remote countries. If a dispute is opened, please refer to and read our refund policy, which will serve as an important reference for dispute resolution.

6. Shipping Track

You can track shipping information through the tracking website provided by Sprout & Snooze or other third-party websites. For some remote countries, shipping information may not be trackable. Please contact the local post office for more information.

7. Price Change

Shipping costs may change periodically or seasonally according to third-party carriers' prices. Once the shipping cost changes, you will be notified by email or system notification and can check the updated shipping cost on our website.

8. Oversized Products

Oversized products refer to products whose volume weight is greater than the actual weight. Due to product characteristics, there may be a difference between the actual weight and the system weight after packing. If the product is oversized, Sprout & Snooze reserves the right to charge the additional shipping cost according to the volume weight. You shall cover the shipping cost difference.

9. Reshipment

If the products are returned to the sender or carrier due to your own reasons (e.g., incorrect address, recipient being unavailable, failure to contact the recipient, etc.), Sprout & Snooze will notify you in advance and reserves the right to ask you to pay for the reshipment costs if the carrier offers reshipment services. Otherwise, you will bear the loss.

10. Remote Fee

To ensure normal order fulfillment, Sprout & Snooze reserves the right to charge additional remote fees when your packages are shipped to certain remote countries.

11. Limitation of Liability

Sprout & Snooze shall not be liable for any damage, loss, delay, or non-delivery of packages due to the following reasons:

  1. Force Majeure: This includes objective factors or accidents that are unpredictable, uncontrollable, or unavoidable, such as earthquakes, fires, snow disasters, storms, heavy fog, severe weather, strikes, terrorist incidents, traffic accidents, amendments to regulations and policies, acts, decisions or orders of the government or judicial authorities, violent crimes such as robbery, etc.

  2. Damage caused by the natural characteristic, inherent defects, or reasonable wear and tear of the goods.

  3. Delays in receiving the goods or failure to deliver the goods due to the customer's own reasons.

If packages cannot be delivered due to the customer's own reasons, such as failure to contact the customer or providing an incorrect receiving address, Sprout & Snooze will provide free storage service if the overseas carrier offers it. You must contact the Sprout & Snooze agent to pick up the goods in time, and you shall bear any additional costs. If the packages cannot be delivered after the free storage period, Sprout & Snooze reserves the right to dispose of the package, and your payment will not be refunded.
