Thank you for shopping with iPosture Tech. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship our products, estimated delivery times, and important information about international orders.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after processing:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Canada: 8–12 business days
- Australia: 7–12 business days
Please note that these are estimates. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, and Australia. The price you see at checkout is the final shipping cost — no surprises.
International Orders, Customs & Import Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada and Australia, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost, and we have no control over the amount.
If you are unsure about potential customs charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
