We want you to love your iPosture. If for any reason you don't, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no questions asked.

Our hassle-free refund process

We've designed our return process to be as simple as possible. Here's how it works:

  1. Email us at support@iposturetech.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Tell us your order number and let us know why you're returning (optional — but it helps us improve)
  3. Keep the product — in most cases, we don't require you to ship it back
  4. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days, directly to your original payment method

That's it. No return labels to print. No trips to the post office. No drama.

Why we don't always require returns

We believe the cost of shipping a return often outweighs the value to either of us. If our product didn't work for you, we'd rather you donate it, gift it, or keep it for occasional use — and we'd rather give you a full refund quickly so you can move on with your life.

What if my product arrived damaged or defective?

If your iPosture arrives damaged, doesn't work as described, or stops functioning within 30 days of delivery, we'll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Email us at support@iposturetech.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo or short video showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution. You don't need to return the damaged product — keep it or dispose of it as you see fit.

Exchanges (color change)

Changed your mind about color? Email us at support@iposturetech.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you the new color and you can keep the original — no shipping costs, no return required.

This offer is limited to one color exchange per order.

When refunds will take longer

While we process refunds on our end within 5–7 business days, the time it takes for the money to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company. Typical timelines:

  • Credit cards: 3–10 business days after we process the refund
  • Debit cards: 5–10 business days after we process the refund
  • PayPal: Usually within 24 hours
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days

If you don't see your refund after 14 business days, contact your bank first — they can often locate pending refunds faster than we can. Then email us and we'll follow up.

What's not covered

While we're flexible about most things, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
  • Products damaged by misuse, accidents, or modifications by the customer
  • Orders that have not yet been delivered (if your order is delayed, please see our Shipping Policy)

If you're past 30 days but believe your case deserves special consideration, email us anyway. We review every situation individually and we want to do right by our customers.

How to cancel an order before it ships

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, before it enters our fulfillment process. Email us at support@iposturetech.com as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, we're unable to cancel it. However, you can still request a refund under our 30-day promise once it arrives.

A note about our guarantee

Our 30-day money-back promise isn't fine print — it's how we believe business should work. If iPosture doesn't deliver value to you, we'd rather refund you quickly and earn your trust for the future than fight over a transaction today.
