Welcome to iPosture Tech ("iPosture," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iposturetech.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.
1. Eligibility

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, even after an order has been confirmed and payment processed. In such cases, we will issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per customer, household, or order.
4. Orders and payment

7. Health, safety, and disclaimer of medical claims
iPosture is a wellness and posture training device. It is not a medical device.
The iPosture Smart Corrector is intended to gently train better posture habits through angle sensing and vibration feedback. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, injury, or medical condition.
Statements made on our Site, in our marketing materials, or in product descriptions have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using iPosture if you:
- Have a diagnosed spinal condition, including herniated discs, scoliosis, or spinal stenosis
- Are recovering from spinal surgery or back injury
- Experience chronic back pain, neck pain, or shoulder pain
- Are pregnant or nursing
- Have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted electronic medical device
- Have skin conditions that may be aggravated by contact with the device
- Are under 18 years of age (use only with parental supervision and approval)
Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider if you experience:
- Pain, numbness, or tingling
- Skin irritation, rash, or burns
- Worsening of an existing condition
- Any other adverse reaction
By using iPosture, you acknowledge that you have read these warnings and assume responsibility for proper use of the product. Results vary by individual, and we make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, and the "iPosture" and "iPosture Tech" brand names — is the property of iPosture Tech and is protected under U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. User-generated content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, videos, or any other content to our Site or social media channels related to iPosture, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes, with appropriate credit when reasonable.
